I do! (again)

The Heart -throb strikes again! That's right. As familiar this post may seem it is not a repeat. While we were in Vegas we had quite a few adventures but in my limited time I am just going to post my favorite part and leave the rest up to Bret. Saturday we spent the evening with Crystal and Kevin Whitlock. Kevin hooked us up with the most AMAZING helicopter ride. It was such a rush. Probably one of the coolest thing I have ever had the chance to do. (Thanx again Kevin!) But I will post more on the helicopter ride later...

AFTER the helicopter ride we went to the strip. We watched the fountains lights for a while to one of my favorite songs (exactly like the night of our first KISS). Crystal and Kevin held Kingston while we went a to the exact spot where we had our first kiss on top of the Eiffel Tower. I was so giddy much like the first time he took me to the top of my favorite landmark.... (i'll skip the kissy details) but on top of that perfect location, with the perfect view and the perfect kiss, Bret had one more perfect detail. "I have a surprise for you" he said. When I turned around there was a small black box 2 inches in front of my face. I scream and jumped into his arms before he could even speak or open the box. (Bret never knew about the wedding band tradition the first time he proposed so we have talked about getting me one to go with my wedding ring in the past.) So I knew what it was before he had the chance to show me. He stopped me and took that moment to drop to his knee and propose AGAIN. I of coursed promised to keep living our fairy tale life with him forever. Yah! he sure does know how to make me fall in love with him over and over again. I LOVE LOVE LOVE him :) That whole entire night was amazing and I am so glad we could have our friends there to share it with. Crystal and Kevin are so much fun and FANTASTIC host's!

Mesa Easter Pageant

I love the Easter Pageant. Becki and I bundled up Kingston and went to the temple to watch the pageant. Becki snagged some sweet seats front and center. King was an angel the entire time. We forgot our camera so this picture was taken from my cell phone. Not bad though. This is the climax at the end when Jesus elevates into the air. So cool. Our friend Brian Crosland was John the Baptist again this year. So many people volunteer hundreds of hours to put on the show but it's all worth it cuz it testifies that Jesus is the Christ. Awesome.

I love this kid!

I have a whole bunch of stuff to post from our awesome weekend but I am posting these instead.
I made him this tiger to hold his sucky in and he cuddles with it or grabs it's ears when he has it in. Even cuter in real life.
One second he was swinging in his swing and then the next minute he wiggled his way to the floor. How in the world?

I discovered the magical world of Disney and how it keeps him entertained for quite a while. Wow, i can actually get stuff done!

This is just funny to me. High five!

I'm in trouble

Holy cow, my teeny tiny baby is not so tiny and doesn't just lay there anymore. I miss having an "infant" already but his baby stage is totally fun too. A few days ago I laid King on his tummy for Bret to pick him up and when I looked back he was on his back. I thought, no way, too soon! So I kept putting him on his tummy and he would roll onto his back every time. I thought this was so great until last night when I put him to bed. We sleep him on his tummy cuz he hates it on his back but every time I laid him down and left the room he would start to fuss be he would roll onto his back so I kept having to flip him until he finally fell asleep on his tummy. I know! I am in big trouble. Now he just does it like it's no big thing.

So here is the video of him doing it for the first time...

Phx Zoo

The weather has been so perfect in the valley so me and my neighbor Dani took our kids to the ZOO. I love the zoo! It's one of my favorite things to do in AZ. Here are a few pix of the kids and some cute animals we saw.

Excuse the drool on my shirt :)

I can't believe how close the monkeys are in the Monkey Village! Love it!

Baby Sit-ups

2 peas in a pod.

Bret was getting K baby ready for church last week and Bret was talking to him (as always). So he went on for for about ten minutes listing how they are like 2 ________ (fill in the blank). I only got the last part of it but it was so funny. Here are some examples just to list a few...
2 frogs on a lily pad
2 ghofers in a hole
2 fish in a school
2 dogs in a pound
2 lions in a den
there were some funny ones too, like 2 zits on a face or something. I guess you have to know Bret to understand the comedy of it. He is such a good daddy.

(What isn't he good at!?!?)

Girls will be girls

I got to spend some time with 2 of my nieces last weekend. We always make things and do girly stuff. I love it when they come to play. As you can see we painted our nails and our faces. Hannah Montana would be so jealous. jk!
