Matt hooked us up with some sweet tix to the D-backs game. It was an awesome game to go to and our seats were even better! We could pretty much see the players up close and personal and we got to talk to the girls on the rally team. It was a blast and of course the D-backs won and are headed to the play-offs by now.

ASU Football!

I love this time of year! The weather is cooling down, the D-Backs are leading the division with only a week left, and my favorite...football has started up. So Saturday night Mark and I, along with Kaemon, went to the ASU football game vs. Oregon State. We scalped some cheap tickets and saw a very exciting game. ASU started horrible and we were down 19 to nothing at the end of the 1st quarter, but we battled back the entire game and won 44 to 32. Go Devils! Mark had lots of treats for Kaemon including 2 new cars so he actually was pretty well-behaved for a 2 year old at a 3 and a half hour football game. He loved the fireworks after each score and even cheered along with us "Go ASU!" and "Go Devils!" Good times. Oh, they inducted Jake Plummer into the ASU Hall of Fame at halftime too. The last time ASU went to the Rose Bowl was back in '96 when the great Jake the Snake lead us to the Pac 10 title. Maybe this year the Devils can surprise some people with my man Rudy Carptenter as their QB. (He was in my Com 302 class his freshman year).

Little Helper

My sisters took me to a scrapbook store for my birthday and I bought a bunch of stuff to make for Kingston. On my day off I went to Aubrey's house and Aliya helped me make some of them and put them together. She is a very good artist and painter. I am so glad i get to teach paper crafting at work because now what i normally do for fun counts as work too. Now if I only i could be as good as my sisters.... Now they have talent!!!

Belly Popping Pictures

Ta Da! Upon popular request here are some recent belly shots. At 25 weeks, Baby K decided to double his size so I'm big enough where people don't have to guess if I am pregnant or just a little rounder than usual. Still small enough to fit in most of my clothes but big enough to buy some cute shirts. He also likes to kick a lot now which I also LOVE (most of the time). Bret and I get a "kick" out of watching my stomach move and distort when he kicks. I can already tell he's getting his own personality.

Cute story... Je Suis was laying on my lap close to my tummy and she got the hiccups. When she would hiccup Kingston would kick back. She didn't like it when he did that so she moved to my other side... so he kick her on my other side every time she hiccuped. So Je Suis finally jumped down and sat alone on the floor. I think she is already jealous even though he just wanted to play...

Labor Day Weekend (- the labor)

It all started with the Crosby Hearts Tournament. I was very impressed with the families competitive nature. It got pretty serious towards the end.

Mark won the official Hearts Trophy until the next family tournament.

Bret LOVES playing with his nephew Kaemon and Holding baby Milea. As you can see she is a very happy and smiley baby and sweet as can be.

It was so green and beautiful in Eagar and the weather couldn't possibly be any better there. Nice enough to go outside and take pictures! Say cheese!

Bret took me for a drive through Alpine, Nutrioso, and Big Lake. SOOOOO nice! It was unbelievably pretty and the whole drive was just relaxing.

Bret pointed out the HIGH elevation up there. Very very HIGH.

From my head to my toes...

Lisa introduced me to the song "Bubbly" by Colbie Caillat that I love love LOVE!

This is the music video and it reminds me of Bret! He makes me smile from my head to my toes and I love the time we spend together laughing and goofing around. (Yes, we still play now and then ;)

So i want to dedicate this song to Bret because how good he is to me. 143 FOREVER!!!

I love you baby!

Pre-Season Cardinals Game

Ever since the new University of Phoenix stadium was finished last year I've been wanting to visit. I got a group of 8 Infusion Software employees together and we headed on over to the West Side to check out the stadium the Cardinals. Well I was not dissappointed. The stadium is amazingly huge. The entire field can roll outside to get sunlight and watered. They only bring it in for game day. Matt Leinart played very well, but in the end our defense couldn't stop a last minute drive down the field from the Chargers and they won on a last second field goal. We got $8.00 tickets from StubHub so our seats were way way up high. But after half time we trecked down and ended up 5 seats up on the 50 yard line. You can see Leinart (#7) on the sideline.

Oh, by the way- these pics were taken from my new cell phone; the Verizon Envy. Not too shabby huh?

What in the Anniversary?!?!?!

Bret did a pretty spectacular job on our 1st year anniversary. I never once reminded him, hinted or pushed him to plan anything; He did this all on his own.

We got dressed up and he took me for a drive down to Scottsdale... TA DA! to the Hyatt at Gainey Ranch. On August 19th 2005 this is where Bret first asked me to be his girlfriend. I thought it was terribly sweet for him to bring us back to where it all began two years later.

We sat down to a very nice elegant dinner with amazing food. Brandon was our super nice server and at the end of our dinner he brought us an anniversary dessert. It tasted even better than it looks! Most original dessert I've ever seen.

This is Antonio (I don't think that's his real name though). He was the driver and singer of our Gondola serenade. It was very relaxing and romantic to be out on the dark calm lake in a little boat together. Sigh*

After walking around the grounds in the warm evening night, I said "Oh darn, we should have brought our swimming suits so we can go swimming like on our first night."

He thought of everything! He packed our swimming suits in a backpack so we got to go swimming on the man made beach and hop in and out of all the 26 other swimming pools and fountains. I was a little cold in the water but it was still romantical!

After the pools we laid in one of the many bungalows they have around the grounds and cuddled by a fountain. This is where Bret FINALLY felt Kingston kick for the first time! Yeah. It was a sweet moment-

After a little stalling on Bret's part he finally drove us home. As if the rest of the night wasn't enough we walked into an absolute breath taking display. The pictures just don't do it any justice but we got home a little after midnight so it was officially August 19th.

There was around 36 red candles lit all over.

With a trail of red rose petals that lead to the bedroom.

The bed was also covered in petals and a bouquet of roses just for me :)

It looked and smelt amazing! I cried... happy tears of course.

Ben Fold's song "The Luckiest" was playing when we walked in and so we danced in the middle of our living room. I kept thinking the whole song how perfect it was for that moment. I really am the Luckiest to have Bret and to be apart of his life everyday. Hopefully someday I'll match up to his sweetness and make him feel as loved as I do.

143 forever!!!!

P.s. Thanks to Bret's secret helpers for everything too. It was awesome!
