Art Class

Matt and I planned a date where we learned all about our colors and abstract art today. Ok we didn't do that but we did have a lot of messy fun with some paint and water balloons. Then we all showed off our colors at The Streets where we got smoothies. It was a sticky blast!

Date Night[s]

Awe! Bret took me to dinner [for no apparent reason] on Friday night. It was nice just to spend time with him. "Alone Time" doesn't come along very often these days and it's usually my fault so I'm glad we could hang out. I was too tired to see a movie that night so we went and saw 21 on Saturday. It was an awesome movie. It had a different plot which I like, not that I am a movie critic or anything. So, go see it.

squirmy littler bugger

He learned to roll the other way now. He tries to roll over everywhere he is now. It's pretty funny but sometimes frustrating :)

Twilighters

I wasn't too sure about the Twilight movie and the cast but I am pretty excited after seeing this clip. December is way too far away. How will we survive!?!?

“If every word I said could make him laugh, I'd talk forever...”

Meeting Elsie Jane

My sister -in-law Leslie had her baby Elsie Jane (not sure on the spelling) last week. She is so petite and dainty it just makes me want to have a little girl. I got to hold her for a minute and she is precious! Babies are little miracles for sure!

Baby Johnny Devlin

We went out to my sister Aubrey's house for dinner and then played out side for a bit with the kids. I hope I am not the only one that thinks this is amazing but my nephew Garrett just turned 2 and he rides his bike like he's 5. He goes up and down the street all by himself like it's no big thing... That's not all!
His big brother Kylar is 3 and he rides like a pro already. They have a dirt bike video game that they play all the time so he learned the names of all the tricks and now he tries to do them on his bike. Correction, he doesn't "try" he DOES the tricks on his bike. Here are just a few videos of him doing tricks...

The things parents will do to make their kids laugh! Kingston was busting with laughter when I hopped around on the pogo stick. He is so adorable!

4 months old

Kingston's 4 month checkup was on Tuesday. We LOVE Dr. Sotelo so it's always a good time when he has a checkup. He got his shots and his stats recorded. He is doing so good except he is a little small (10th percentile). We keep trying to fatten him up but he still only weighs 12 lbs so we'll have to try harder. I love every stage he goes through. right now he LOVES to grab things and put them in his mouth. He babbles now too which is my favorite! He makes such cute sounds.

Lights from above...

Hooked up big time by Kevin who arranged for us to tour the Strip in Vegas from a helicopter. It was one of the funnest things we've done so far. We waited anxiously for our shuttle to come and take us to our destiny. It was pretty cold and windy that night but we were oh so ready for it. Crystal and Kevin watched King while we were up up and away. The videos are huge so I am still debating if I want to post them so this is all you get for now. Trust me though, the lights and the strip are amazing at night. I highly recommend the adventure.

How could I forget!??!

While hanging out with Crystal in Vegas we went and got pedi's! This was my first official pedi in a Salon. It's embarrassing how easily I was hooked. Thanks Crystal for taking me. I'll never do without one again.

What is he looking at?

Basketball of course!

He learned how to wiggle out of everything. Including his swing and car seat.

Always sucking on that fist of his.
