Me encanta ver al templo

Today was a super good Sunday. We got our happy boy all dressed in his Sunday shirt. Kingston really likes when daddy holds him in the air, especially if he is crying. Jeeze he is cute.

Church was great too. I got set apart as secretary of the Relief Society afterwards. I am way excited to serve but Kind of nervous. I hope I don't mess anything up.

After Bret made me lunch I begged him to take us for a walk at the temple. So the whole fam loaded up in the toaster and drove to the temple. We walked around the temple grounds and the weather was perfect and the flowers smelt so sweet. I am so glad we went!

After the temple David and Natalie (David was Bret's companion in the MTC) for dinner. We had steak and baked potatoes. I love meat! They are so nice so I hope they come back and hang out soon! She makes the best chocolate chip cookies.

THEN Jen and Derald came over to pick up their wedding pictures and we talked to them for a bit and then I blogged blogged blogged and now I am stopping!

someone STOP me!

I know I shouldn't have waited so long to post all these pictures and I KNOW I especially post to many pictures of Kingston but I can't help it. Here are a few of my favorite pictures of him recently.

I can't help myself!!!!

Guess who's back

On Wednesday we got to pick up Kari from the airport. She returned honorably from her mission in L.A. It was soo fun to see her. She is so sweet and so skinny and fun to talk to. All of Bret's family is amazing! Bret's mom made us us an awesome dinner and LOTS of family came to welcome her back at Nanna and Pomp's house. I am excited for Kari to come back down to Mesa and hang out for a few months.

Brain Freeze

While Bret was snowboarding at Sunrise I hung out with Britta and Julie here and there. We went out to eat at Oregano's where we felt inspired to have a little race. I shouldn't say little because the cups are quite HUGE! Britta and I raced to see who could finish a GIANT cup of ice cold soda first. I am ashamed to say that Britta kicked my trash BIG TIME. Once I took a breath and felt how cold it was it ruined my confidence and it was down hill from there:(
Kingston was a huge hit with all the waiters. We even got a free pazookie. Oh yah!
Oh yah! We ate at Applebee's once too and because I had just had the missionaries over for dinner recently I felt inspired to invite our waiter Caleb to church. So hopefully he comes. I forget how easy it is to talk about the church. I need to do it more ofter.

I didn't forget..

I didn't forget to post about Valentines day I just got really busy doing photography and my other job that I will tell you more about soon.

I told Bret I wanted to go to Ah-So's for dinner and then to a chick flick. I had a super busy day preparing for his present so I had 15 minutes to get ready :( Kasha was so sweet and baby sat for us. The dinner was so fun and super tasty. It was Bret's first time there so he took some pics and videos of it.

After dinner we saw Definitely maybe. I recommend it all the way. Bret even admitted to liking it! Yah!

Spider man VS Superman

What would happen if spider man and super man had to fight each other? I think they would collide and become a super DUPER hero. Ta Da!
jk. My parents had a ton of stuff in their garage they needed to get rid of, so Carli and I had a yard sale on Saturday. That is where I found this dynamic little costume. It's a tad too small for me but the super powers came instantly.
Here I am using my powers to save a midget.
Here I am using my powers to lift a 100,000lb box into a lady's car. I know it's shocking but I sold this costume to a little boy for 50 cents. I'm crazy for doing that I know, but I couldn't handle the stress of being a super hero any longer.
The yard sale wasn't a huge success but Kingston helped us manage the money like his daddy would.
We made enough to hit up the ice cream truck. Awe yah! mmmmmh!

disclaimer: NO babies were fed ice cream in the making of this film

Blessing Kingston

We had a big crowd with us at church on Super Bowl Sunday to witness Kingston's blessing. It was so awesome for our friends and family to travel from near and far to be there. It was a sweet day and Kingston was precious all day.

So thank you to all who came and for everyones contributions that day. It is a super great memory of mine now.

Cuter everyday...

ASU Hoops-

Well I haven't posted in a long time. And it's about time this blog has a little bit of testosterone. I mean, there's just a lot about babies, and Becki's blogging skills, and so on. Not that there's anything wrong with all that, it's just good to mix it up every once in a while. Anyways, one of my best friends and I scammed some $5 student tickets and went to the ASU vs Washington State game a couple of weeks ago. I meant to post this then but it didn't happen. Well, the team started 4 and 0 in the Pac-10 and the season was looking pretty good, but then reality checked in and they have tanked ever since. This game was AWESOME to see. Seriously, we played tough against the #6 ranked team at the time. We got screwed by the refs. I know people say that, but if any of you watched this game you'll agree with me. So there you go. That's all the testosterone for now. I gotta go tend my crying baby boy. :-)
